Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched within 24 hours from when the order is placed. Delivery is typically completed within 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the next working day (Monday), and will follow the standard dispatch and delivery schedule.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details while placing their orders. Delays due to incorrect or incomplete information will be the customer's responsibility. Jaapa Laddu is not liable for refunds in such cases.
Jaapa Laddu is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, such as festivals, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbances, natural disasters, or other unforeseen situations.
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order on time, but we cannot guarantee delivery timelines under such conditions.

Order cancellations are only allowed on the same day the order is placed. Requests made after the day of ordering will not be eligible for cancellation.
